There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.  That said, in my experience as a Winnipeg real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.  This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Profession

Prior to establishing a Real Estate Career, Dan Vermette had a long and successful track record in sales. He sold insurance and made sure his clients claims were serviced promptly. Dan also sold vehicles for a prominent car dealership, providing his clients with excellent after sales service.

Dan always had a passion for selling Real Estate. He studied hard and earned his REALTORS® license.

Three days later, Dan sold his first home and has never looked back since!

After working for a large Real Estate office and establishing a successful track record, in 1996 Dan started Heritage Realty with an office at 3495 Pembina Hwy and another in Morris, Manitoba. After many successful years, he and his top notch team of REALTORS have made impressive in-roads into the Real Estate Market in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. In 2001, Dan was invited to work with RE/MAX, Winnipeg's top real estate company.

 

Family

Dan's family consist of his lovely wife Darcy, their son Justin and daughter Rachelle.  Dan's hobbies include; hockey, snowmobiling, volley-ball, golfing, and fishing - whenever he can find the time!
